A Neo-Renaissance villa and architectural gem from 1889 by architect. Rudolf Koukola stands practically in the very heart of Prague. It is located in a highly appreciated architectural and urban planning complex, in a quiet residential and diplomatic part of Bubeneč, between the Prague Castle, Letenské nad Chotek Sady and Královská obora and near the Hradčanská – metro A station.

The VILLA PELLÉ space offers a wide range of possibilities for organising social events, whether on an intimate or grand scale, always in a stylish artistic setting. The social halls are almost theatrically connected to the mature monumental garden, which opens onto a generous open and roofed veranda, a sort of “sala terrena”, connected to the greenery by a direct staircase. The generously conceived gazebo “Cone” by Jerry Kozy and his studio SAD has recently become part of the garden and a contribution to contemporary architecture.

Part of the two-storey building is also a basement-style seasonal café, which has a clubhouse, professional café facilities, a catering area, a changing room (not only) for the bride and a dressing room. Of course there is modern projection, sound and other audio-visual, technical and presentation equipment including wi-fi.

In Pellé’s Villa, you can easily and completely to your liking organize a wedding ceremony with a banquet, a concert, a lecture, a social gathering, a conference, a banquet, an auction or a private dinner, whether in one of the four 80 m2 halls, two 60 m2 terraces or more than 200 m2 of the courtyard. For smaller private meetings (up to 10 people) there is a meeting room area on the floor of the villa. The premises are also ideal for short-term exhibition-presentation.
